Towards the second half of 2005, Yaniv and Itay Rod - the owners of AY Electronics, had decided to establish "Rod Holdings" which is a mother company to several companies already in their possession. As a group, Rod Holdings is able to offer a vast range of solutions using the daughter companies.

• Ay Electronics – A trade company for electronic components.
  
  
• AY Official Representative and distribution – Regional and local official distributor of some of the leading manufacturers in the world. Acting as a department of AY Electronics.
  
  
• AY Services – Burning, stamping and sealing of MEMORY components.
  
  
• Partner Manufacturing - Also known in-short as PM. It is one of the leading CEMs in the local market.
  
  
• Proventus Technologies – Software and database solutions.
  

Starting January 2006, Rod holding has become fully integrated and operational. Establishing the mother company is no doubt the sign of a new, exciting and successful era in the ongoing development of the company.
